Meet Our Team

Patricia (Pat) Muenzen consults with industry groups and professional organizations to develop standards-informed and research-supported education, training and assessment initiatives in support of workforce development and professional credentialing. She is an expert researcher and process facilitator with extensive experience developing competency models. Pat holds a BS in Psychology from Brown University and a PhD.in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Walden University. She is an author, frequent presenter, and volunteer leader in the licensure and certification industry.

Carla Caro specializes in research activities supporting credentialing organizations, including licensure, voluntary certification, and assessment-based certificate programs. Areas of expertise include practice analysis and competency modeling, feasibility and value proposition studies, meeting facilitation, and survey research.  Carla serves in volunteer leadership positions in industry associations and presents frequently at industry conferences. She has participated in updates of accreditation standards and has a special interest in micro-credentialing.
